Peter Campbell reports: The "stock holes" at the top were too narrow by approx
1/2 inch. I drilled two holes to align the licence plate with the two IBA
plate holes. I added two holes on the bottom so that the plate would be
attached to all FOUR holes since I don't want to lose this coveted piece of
hardware
