Would you like to create your own ice cream, well now’s your chance. Choose your ‘base’, add flavors & mix-ins. Then in front of you, the staff will make your ice cream using liquid nitrogen. The possibilities are almost limitless and delicious.

A traditional scoop shop that makes all of their own ice cream, with some very interesting flavor combinations. The back story is well worth the read, https://www.maydayicecream.com/our-story. Up for a challenge? Too many flavors to choose from? Then try the six scoop Wingman sampler flight.

Six other locations in the Jacksonville area
Jacksonville - San Marco; Brooklyn Station; Cream River City; Jacksonville Beach - Beach Blvd; Jacksonville Beach - 3rd Street

WC1 and WC2: You may use any gas station anywhere on your route at your convenience, but it must be 150 or more miles from the last Ice Cream Stop.

What is considered Ice Cream:

Any Frozen delight usually containing dairy products, which also covers Frozen Custard & Gelato.
