Background:
The Ride Around Colorado is roughly 1,800 miles.
Be sure to read the standard State - Province Ride Around Rules
contained here before starting your ride.

Rules:
The ride must be completed in less than 49 hours.
The Ride Around Colorado Gold must be completed in less than 45 hours.
NOTE: This ride is over mountainous terrain which should not be
ridden in darkness. Therefore, you must be 'off the bike' for at
least six hours between sunset and sunrise. The time 'off the
bike' is part of the total time for the ride.
You must "ride to" each of the listed jurisdictions or places in the
order
listed, either clockwise or counterclockwise is fine but they
must be in order, e.g. Cortez MUST come immediately
before
or
after Grand Junction.

*This requires you to leave the state for about 1 mile. That's okay for this requirement.
