Nesting rides verification fees include the normal fee for the longest ride plus:
--pdf certificate--$20 for each nested ride
--paper certificate--$25 for each nested ride

For certain rides, noted by ** merchandise packages are available at a discount from normal estore prices:

--Full package includes verification, patch and license plate back:  add $9 to the fee noted below
   (a $6 saving)
--Full Monty includes cerification, patch, license plate back and pin:  add $16.25 to thenfee noted below
   (an $8.25 saving)
